Youngevity orders can be shipped to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, British Virgin Islands, United States Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/PPO addresses. If you’d like to know whether Youngevity can ship to your location, please email email@example.com.
Purchases on the Youngevity.com website can be made with credit or debit cards of any billing address, as long as the order ships to a valid U.S. address.
We have the right to cancel orders which are in violation of this policy.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note that except for Standard, the only other options are Next Day; 2nd Day or 3 Day UPS).
For most items purchased on our website we are able to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Our shipment hours of operation are as follows: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Next Day Expedited cutoff is 2:00 p.m. PST. Youngevity offers the following convenient delivery options:

All Autoship orders use Standard shipping.
For Standard shipping, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 12:01 a.m. ET for your processing time of 24 to 48 hours to begin.
For Second Day delivery, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 2:00 a.m. PT or your order will not be processed until the following business day.
For Next Day delivery, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 2:00 p.m. PT or your order will not be processed until the following business day.
For Will Call/Pickup, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 4:00 p.m. PT or your order will not be available for pickup until the following business day.
For Will Call pickup log orders (multiple orders together), your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 3:00 p.m. PT or your order will not be available for pickup until the following business day.
There are sometimes exceptions to these rules which may require additional day(s) to process. Should you have any questions about your order, please feel free to call customer service and have your order ID available.
Orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may require 2-3 additional business days for delivery. Delivery service is always U.S. Postal Service.
Orders shipping to an APO/FPO/PPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via Ground delivery (through U.S. Postal Service) and cannot be expedited. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Shipping to a Different Address
When you enter your billing address details during the checkout process, you will be given the option to enter a different delivery address in the same country. Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for further information, if you give a different delivery address to the billing address.
Shipping to Canada and other International Countries
When placing an order for Canada or other international countries, it is imperative to add a proper phone number to the ship to address especially if it is different from the billing address. Fed Ex is the service we use. If an order processes without this proper information, your order will be delayed from shipping.
Delivery Problems - Domestic shipping
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a contact card at your address saying when they will attempt to re-deliver the package. If on the third attempt at delivery you are not in to receive the parcel, it will be returned to the carrier depot. You will need to contact the shipping provider directly to make arrangements for the collection. If you don’t collect it or arrange re-delivery, the parcel may be subject to return to Youngevity.
Order Processing Time
Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in our warehouse, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email (if you have provided a valid email address within your order). Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address and service used.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and Youngevity International will issue you a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging (opened or non-opened). In-store credits will be applied to your account up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Please note that food and perishable items including, GOFoods, Beyond Organic, Heritage Makers, and Healthy Chocolate products, are non-refundable. Additionally, autoship orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount. Youngevity International does not refund shipping and handling fees. Distributors/Preferred Customers may return merchandise by completing the following process:

- You will receive appropriate return instructions from a Youngevity Agent

Refund Policy is as follows:
Once product is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within two (2) business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied, for the credit to post to your account.
