Youngevity orders can be shipped to New Zealand and Australia. If you’d like to know whether Youngevity can ship to your location, please email nzsupport@youngevity.co.nz

Purchases on the Youngevity.com website can be made with credit or debit cards of any billing address, as long as the order ships to a valid address.

We have the right to cancel orders which are in violation of this policy.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s).

For most items purchased on our website we are able to process and ship orders within 48 hours of order receipt. Youngevity Australia/New Zealand offers the following convenient delivery options:

  • New Zealand Shipping
  • New Zealand to Australia Shipping
  • Will Call / Pickup (New Zealand only –- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Freight is free for Autoships with a minimum value of $160NZD and $150AUD (excl GST) for Australia and New Zealand. (excl. Trays of cans, Bloomin Minerals, Washing Powder and CEO Packs.)

There are sometimes exceptions to these rules which may require additional day(s) to process. Should you have any questions about your order, please feel free to call customer service and have your order number available.

Shipping to a Different Address

When placing an order online, you have the option to enter a different delivery address in the same country. Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for further information, if you give a different delivery address to the billing address.

Delivery Problems

If you are not available to receive your delivery, you will need to contact the shipping provider (NZ/Australia Post) directly to make arrangements for the collection. If you don’t collect it or arrange re-delivery, the parcel may be subject to return to Youngevity.
You can request for the shipping provider to leave it at your door. This can be done by asking us to put “PLAFD” (Please Leave At Front Door), on your shipping address. Please make sure that this change is requested before the order is collected from our Warehouse.

Order Processing Time

Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in our warehouse, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email (if you have provided a valid email address within your order). Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address and service used.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and Youngevity Australia/New Zealand will issue you a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging (opened or non-opened).

Please note that food and perishable items including, Beyond Organic, Heritage Makers, are non-refundable. Additionally, autoship orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refunded amount. Youngevity Australia/New Zealand does not refund shipping and handling fees.

Distributors/Preferred Customers may return merchandise by completing the following process:

  • You will receive appropriate return instructions from Youngevity Customer Service

To make the return processes smoother, please complete the "Return Merchandise Authorisation Form," found at the bottom of this page, and send it with your package.

Refund Policy is as follows:

Once product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within two (2) business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied, for the credit to post to your account.
