Are You Ready for the Holiday Season?
Calcium May Promote Healthy Body Weight
Low dietary intakes of calcium may increase the prevalence of being overweight or obesity by 24 percent, according to a new study from Brazil.
The study results showed that people with the lowest average intakes (less than 265 mg) were 24 percent more likely to be overweight, compared to people who consumed at least 593 mg of calcium per day.
“In the present study, higher mean calcium intakes were also observed among women with normal weight who were non-smokers, practiced physical activity, and had higher educational levels,” Milena Baptista Bueno, the lead researcher.

Are You Ready for the Holiday Season?
This is a valuable time to build your team. Get the word out about you’re special offers available during the holiday season through a signup campaign. You can use emails, postcards, ads, and phone calls to reach your prospects. They should know it is a great time to start a home business and introduce Youngevity products to their customers. Since there are many home business opportunities out there, be sure to let everyone know what sets Youngevity apart from the rest.
Perhaps the largest part of the holiday season is the retailing of your products. It is a great, if not the best, time of year for selling them. Almost everyone is looking for gifts for another person, or they might want to pamper themselves. Some ways to sell your products include having home parties, participating in craft fairs or having an open house to sell many of the items you already have on hand. Another way to retail is by contacting businesses to show them the possibilities of using your products as their corporate gifts, either to their employees or their customers. This would be a wonderful way to boost your sales and expose your products.
The holidays are approaching quickly; now is the time to set yourself up for success. These are just a couple of ideas to help you plan for a busy, and profitable holiday season.
