More Support for Increasing Vitamin D Levels
According to new research, increasing vitamin D levels by up to 10-fold could improve bone health and have long term health benefits.
“Our research reveals that vitamin D, at doses equivalent to 2,000 IUs per day, is not only safe for adolescents, but is actually necessary for achieving desirable vitamin D levels.” This according to lead researcher Ghada El-Haff Fuleihan from the American University of Beirut Medical Center.
In adults, vitamin D deficiency may precipitate or exacerbate many negative health conditions. Calls to increase the current recommendations from 200 IU per day of vitamin D and up to 800 – 1,000 IU for children and adults up to 50 years of age have become more frequent in both scientific and public circles.
Until Next Week,
Best Wishes for Ultimate Health and Majestic Dreams!!!

Your Organizational Checklist
There's so much to do when you start a business. It can sometimes be overwhelming to learn about the product side of the business, much less the financial management side. Here's a simple checklist of items you'll want to complete in order to keep track of your business finances—or if you have been in business for a while already, that's okay too! There is no time like the present to make a fresh start and take care of anything you may have previously missed along the way.
Your Organization Checklist |
Open a separate checking account for your business. |
Deposit all income to insure good record keeping.
Reconcile the account monthly. |
Designate one credit card that will be used exclusively for your business, like the Youngevity® Pre-Paid Master Card from ProPay. |
Keep an envelope for receipts in your car, purse, or planner at all times. |
Get a mileage log and keep it current. |
Consider having a business telephone line installed for easier tracking of business related calls. |
Consider purchasing a computer to be used strictly for business. |
Start using the Contact Manager in your Home Office to communicate with your group. |
Start using a financial software program designed for network marketing. |
Run financial statements every month and "own" the results, good or bad. |
Set up a filing system to keep track of important papers and receipts. Prepare a budget. |
Develop a relationship with an accountant who understands the nuances of home-based businesses and who will be an enthusiastic member of your success team. |
Find a "Money Mentor" who can help you understand your company's pay plan so you never leave money on the table. |
Schedule filing and administrative time in your calendar. Pick a time when you are least likely to want to be promoting your business. Never miss this appointment! |
Following these simple steps will help you establish good financial management habits. You can do it!
