Youngevity International has immediate full-time positions available in our growing Customer Service Qualifications Department.

General Job Summary:

Qualifications Associate handles all aspects of qualifying accounts, explaining the compensation plan, e-mailing reminders, back dating orders, performing final account reviews, analyzes reports and commission recalculations. Additional responsibilities may include assembling social media packages, sending greeting notices, responding to social media posts, answering Live Chat inquires and account cancellations. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Answering incoming telephone calls, placing, tracking or canceling orders, enrolling new distributors and updating account profiles. 
2. Instrumental with helping our top distributors, answer questions and resolve concerns. 
3. Responsible for qualifying accounts. 
4. Ensuring that kits are assembled and sent to distributors achieving new rank on a monthly basis.
5. Responding to Facebook postings and help with answering questions on our fan page; *staff is scheduled to answer questions on a rotation basis to ensure team participation. 
6. Participates with creating video postings for the Deal of the Day Specials, when needed.  
7. Facilitates and sends contest prizes, birthday gifts and determines products to be used for distributor prizes and perks.
8. Provides assistance with any qualifications-related matter.
9. Participates and works special company events when necessary.
