Steve Wallach, CEO
With nearly two decades of sales and network marketing experience, CEO Steve Wallach has successfully guided Youngevity from a domestic seller to a worldwide marketer of products and services to support a healthy lifestyle. Steve shares the passion of his father, Dr. Joel D. Wallach, for the public’s right to complete and accurate health information. He is a frequent talk radio program guest and speaks eloquently about the company’s mission to place information into the hands of consumers, allowing them to make informed healthcare decisions. His business philosophy reflects his strong belief that passion should be the driving force behind any organization, with flexibility and efficiency being key elements along the road to success in the business world. Having assembled a dynamic, talented, and experienced management team as well as solid infrastructure, Steve has positioned the company for steady growth, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions.
Michelle Wallach, Chief Operating Officer
Michelle Wallach brings to Youngevity nearly 20 years of experience in network marketing sales and management. Her career in network marketing began in 1991 in Portland, Oregon, where she developed a successful nutritional health product distributorship. She later moved to San Diego with the vision to expand her business and capitalize on the growing the health and nutrition industry. In 1996 she and the Wallach family together launched Youngevity in Chula Vista, California. As COO, Michelle is involved in the day to day challenges of running a corporation, while ensuring the company remains to fulfilling its mission of improving lifestyles through vibrant health and flourishing economics.
Dave Briskie, Chief Financial Officer, President of Commercial Development, Director, AL International
As CEO of Javalution Coffee Company, Dave Briskie shepherded the company’s development into a fully vertical coffee roasting and distribution company, owner of the direct marketing brand JavaFit® and the retail brand Cafe La Rica, as well as the category creator of functional gourmet coffee. Prior to joining Javalution in 2007, he was CEO of Drew Pearson Marketing, Inc. (DPM), a designer and manufacturer of licensed, private label, and fashion headwear whose clients included FORTUNE500® companies, including Disney, Warner Bros., Anheuser Busch, and General Motors as well as NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and various major universities. In 2001 he oversaw the merger of DPM and its key manufacturer, and the public offering of the merged company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Briskie is a recipient of the coveted Paul DeLorenzo scholar-athlete award and in 1983 graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University with a double major in marketing and finance.
William Andreoli, President
Mr. Andreoli has been an entrepreneur more than half his lifetime. At the age of 18, he started his first restaurant across the street from a popular New England Amusement and Water Park. As “the Clam Box” grew in popularity and profitability, Bill started a trend of larger and even more successful projects – parlaying a roadside stand with two walk up windows into one of New England’s most popular breakfast and lunch venues with over 250 seats. “Mary Ann’s Diner” has become a part of New Hampshire lore, being the launching point for Senator John Kerry’s bid for the presidency in 2004, and is still a “must stop” on nearly every local and national campaign trail.
Early in Mr. Andreoli’s career as a restaurateur though, he realized that while his restaurants could bring him some local notoriety and a decent living, they could not bring him the time freedom to spend time with his young family. To wit, his business interests expanded into Residential and Commercial Real Estate, as well as the Stock Market. Not satisfied with the stability, simplicity, or longevity of those endeavors, Bill set out to create a company that would not only grow well past the boundaries of New England, but would ultimately provide him, as well as thousands of others, time and financial freedom. In July of 2003, FDI was born. For nearly 8 years now, FDI has been leveling the playing field, and putting the odds in people’s favor to win, and win big. With a restaurateur’s focus of always taking care of the customer first, FDI has grown to service 100’s of thousands of customers over the years and is continuing to gather 100’s of new customers every day.
Mike Randolph, Executive Vice President
Mike had set his sights early on Medicine as a career, but realized that the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Insurance Industries weren’t always working in the client’s best interest. He saw great success within “Corporate America” but fired himself and joined the network marketing industry. In his subsequent 22 year career, he has built an organizations of over 3,500 independent representatives and shared ownership in several network marketing companies. In 2005, Mike began working with Financial Destination (FDI) as a service provider for the EquityTRAXTM System, and then as VP of Leadership Development. Today, as Executive Vice President of Youngevity, he divides his time between working with the company President, CEO, and executive management team, and overseeing various fiscal and marketing departments.
Mike Kolinski, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Kolinski brings over 20 years of combined direct sales experience both in the field and in management. This experience creates a unique perspective into the direct selling industry that continues to benefit Youngevity and its Distributors. Working with Financial Destination since its creation in 2003, Mr. Kolinski managed the design and technical teams in the areas of web development, product delivery and compensation systems. He currently oversees all aspects of operation including customer service, vendor relations, commissions and product development.
Rick Taylor, Vice President of IT & Supply Chain
Rick Taylor brings over 30 years of Information Technology/Operations experience to Youngevity. With more than 20 successful ERP implementations he has developed specific expertise supporting large multi-million dollar companies with significant manufacturing and supply chain needs. He has led the building of solid IT infrastructure and systems to support their growth and development, which landed him a feature in the June 2003 issue of Project Management Network magazine. With Youngevity currently experiencing substantial growth, Rick has been vital in the integration of key operational information systems for the company helping to increase overall efficiency. He has helped improve shipping, purchasing, and business processes, which have been valuable during the last few years of growth for Youngevity. Rick currently oversees all aspects of the supply chain and supporting IT systems for Youngevity.
Patti Gardner, Vice President of Sales
Patti Gardner is passionate about empowering others with the freedom to work from home, live their priorities and reach their dreams as successful, independent business owners! She has been a positive force in the direct selling industry for over 25 years and has served as a vibrant leader for Heritage Makers since 2005 as Director of Sales and President. Before her work with Heritage Makers, Patti co-founded a party plan company that offered storytelling aids to families and educators. Her start-up grew to over 4,500 distributors with sales of over $4 million. With expertise in leadership training, team building, business building strategies, compensation plans and incentive programs, Patti is a trusted mentor and leader of independent sales representatives.
Brytt Cloward, Vice President of Marketing
Brytt Cloward was born and raised in the Direct Selling Industry. Since graduating from Utah Valley University with a degree in business, he has worked for Forevergreen International, At Home America, and industry giant, Nu Skin International. In 2004, he helped found Heritage Makers which has now become a leader in personalized, online publishing. He recently augmented his practical experience by completing a rigorous Executive MBA Program at Brigham Young University. Brytt has a passion for inspiring people to celebrate and preserve their photos and to become the authors of their own life stories, thereby establishing a meaningful legacy for loved ones. He’s also highly passionate about market research, data analysis, and strategic decision making. This, and his expertise in developing high-tech solutions for network marketing business builders, makes him a huge asset to Youngevity’s continued growth.
Mike Casperson, Vice President of Distributor Relations
To say Mike Casperson is passionate about the life-changing opportunity of network marketing is an understatement. For over 25 years, he has been an avid and fervent contributor to several of the industry’s most successful companies, including 12 years at the 2 billion dollar company, Nu Skin Enterprises. As the co-founder of two multi-million dollar companies, most recently he co-founded and was COO of GOFoods Global, Mike brings a successful track record in sales, marketing, corporate development and leadership to Youngevity. He has effectively implemented and is committed to solid distributor relationship models and systems that are integral to the positive and successful distributor experience at every level.
Carl E. Rustin, Public Relations
Carl put his leadership, strategic planning and tactical execution skills to work in the corporate world, first as a non-profit fundraiser and subsequently as a wealth management consultant at a large national bank. His experience helping people build, preserve and transfer wealth and his focus on making a difference in others’ lives, serve him well as he promotes Youngevity International. A native of Washington D.C., Carl earned an A.A. in journalism from Southeast Nebraska Community College and a B.A. in communications and sociology from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. His community service includes serving on the San Diego Probation Board, San Diego Padres Community Advisory Board, Martin Luther King Jr. Foundation Board, Community Solutions Board, San Diego Food Bank Board and Midway Task Force Board. As Youngevity continues to grow and expand internationally, Carl’s experience in the public relations sector will be vital in promoting the products, business opportunity, and all other aspects that make Youngevity a leader in the industry.
David Ori, VP of International Development
David joins us with a strong background in direct sales/MLM. His most recent position found him establishing and expanding the Asian market for a leading wellness company. David brings with him the enthusiasm that is the key to his success in launching new markets and increasing growth for established markets in the direct sales/MLM industry. David’s success comes from over 19 years of experience that he acquired as an Executive for International Direct Sales corporations. David holds a Bachelor’s in Science Degree from Suffolk University in Boston.
Ricardo Spilman, Director of Sales and Operations for Eastern Europe and Israel
Ricardo Spilman brings over 30 years of global, direct-selling executive experience to Youngevity, with a successful track record in sales, marketing, and expansion. Ricardo has held CEO position for Just Ltd (Argentina) and Soda Stream Ltd ( Argentina), leading both companies to global expansion through negotiations, operations, and development. He was also part owner of Swiss Nahrin Ltd (Eastern Europe and Israel), an international cosmetics alternative and food supplements brand with 40 franchise companies in Europe and South America. Most recently, he was the advisor for PM-International’s Board of Directors, one of Europe’s largest direct marketing companies in the health, wellness, and beauty industry. While at PM-International, he formulated strategies for penetrating new markets, built training programs, and helped lead the company to global growth. Ricardo is a skilled negotiator with global connections, necessary as he leads Youngevity to international expansion starting in Eastern Europe and Israel.
Susana Azócar, Director of Sales and Operations for Latin America
Susana Azócar is a multicultural executive, with more than 15 years of professional experience in business management in various industries with a keen focus on the markets of Latin America. Ms. Azócar has extensive experience in developing and opening new markets from the ground floor up, building and running business strategic plans, creating distribution channels, marketing campaigns and sales teams, both domestically and internationally. She has successfully opened and launched several regions throughout Latin America and led the expansion efforts of three different U.S. direct selling companies opening offices and building distribution networks in Guadalajara, Mexico; Caracas, Venezuela; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Santiago, Chile. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and has worked hand in hand with leaders in order to help grow their business. She strongly believes in the power of teamwork, and motivates others to get the best out of them.
